My first attempt to buy Lasagne sheets nearby my house was a utter failure. Neighbourhood shops didn't stock on it & so I thought alright I'll just use my Penne for this instead of the Lasagne sheets. After all who will be checking ;-). And here is my very first 'lasagne' as I choose to call it.
