I've tried making so many different types of chicken biriyani & there was only one so far which has come closest to satisfying my 'image' of a biriyani. I love maqlooba but a proper biriyani? Oh well I don't like it being too oil or too spicy. Tonight we'll be having Biriyani for dinner. Some special people will be here for dinner & I hope it will go well with them.
